Childhood questions

Question 12: A childhood injury i had was a broken nose, the only bone I've ever broken. It was just a normal day of me and my friend playing basketball outside his house. As we we're playing, things started to get a little competitive and we we're really going at it. Then one play where he got past me and was about to make a layup.. so i tried to go up and block him but his elbow hit me in my nose and broke it. What made me mad was he looked at me and said it wasn't broken. I proceed to look in the mirror and my nose was all the way to the left, i was mad as heck.

Question 9: One thing i wish i knew when i was a kid is that time is precious. Don't waste your time worrying about the little things and do whats best for you. And one thing i wish i know that i wish i didn't is the real world. Sometimes i wish i was a kid again where i didn't have to worry about anything and could just let my imagination take over.

Questions 7: I think the tings that make me feel most nostalgic is either old t.v shows and old music. The old t.v shows are amazing cause i remember waking up in the morning just to watch certain shows and eat cereal in my underwear. i was amazing. Also the old music i used to listen was crazy. If someone were to play it right now i probably could sing every song. Song like lolly pop by lil wayne.

Question 15: My favorite game growing up would have to be Call of duty. All of them. I remember not having a game system and my brother had one and i would always bug him to play and he wouldn't let me sometimes and i would just sit outside his door and cry.. I know, that's bad. When i finally got my own system, i would stay up all night and never get any sleep. My favorite feature on the game was the zombies feature, i loved it.

window poem

Straight ahead i see one lonely tree with many branches that appear to be neglected by the winter cold standing in front of a June yard.
To the left of me there are kids outside playing ball in the street but the goal has back board.
But today is different, today nobody is outside.
On this block, there are always people outside doing something.
I see the shadow of every branch on the walls in my in my room and the light from car headlights running
on my ceiling.

Reel life movie questions

Question 1: I think it's always good to stick to what you know but when it comes to parenting anything can happen. When he writes about it he's probably sitting down giving full thought about it and taking his time but when it comes to real life i feel like he makes rational decisions.

Question 7: Can you know in three days that you love someone? In my eyes i don't think you can fully love someone in three days. The reason being is because you haven't seen them at their best or at their worst. I think you can have or get string feelings that you've never had before though.

Question 17: My Perfect day starts with sleeping until like 9-10. After i get up, i'd take a shower and play music. After i get ready i'd probably go pick up some friends and go shopping. When i say go shopping, i'm talking about shopping for cd's, clothes, shoes, watches, and i love going to thrift stores. After i get done with all that, i'd go back home and make music.

Question 30: I'm a great bowler. I can bowl all day and all night if i wanted to.

This is

This is a picture of hands. Hands can tell you a lot about a person like their age, what they do for a living and more. These hands are beautiful. these hands have been through decades, these hands are special. This is life.

This is a place of pure beauty. Highs and lows, watch the valley as the water flows. Every color you could imagine is here. This is the grand canyon.

This is superstition. More of them than us. Might make your hair stand up. This is a black cat.

Memorable passage

“We believe that we can change the things around us in accordance with our desires—we believe it because otherwise we can see no favorable outcome. We do not think of the outcome which generally comes to pass and is also favorable: we do not succeed in changing things in accordance with our desires, but gradually our desires change. The situation that we hoped to change because it was intolerable becomes unimportant to us. We have failed to surmount the obstacle, as we were absolutely determined to do, but life has taken us round it, led us beyond it, and then if we turn round to gaze into the distance of the past, we can barely see it, so imperceptible has it become.” – Marcel Proust, In Search of Lost Time

To be honest i couldn't think of any particular book to get a passage from so i looked one up. This passage from the book, In search of lost time caught my eye because it talks about what people do all the time. The way I interpret this passage is when something gets hard, people tent to give up or make excuses. One particular line that stood out to me is,"We do not succeed in changing things in accordance with our desires, but gradually our desires change." Let's say you're trying to follow your dreams and things gets hard and not going the way you want them to go, we change our desires or "dreams" so we don't have to face some sort of failure.

"Reely" good quotes

My first quote is from a movie called fences starring Denzel Washinton. Its a morality quote that Denzel says in one of the scenes. "Death ain't nothing but a fastball on the outside corner."

My second quote is from Zootopia. This quote to me sums up life in one sentence. Nick wilde,"Everyone comes to Zootopia, thinking they could be anything they want. But you can't. You can only be what you are..."

My third quote is from Concussion starring Will smith. "Need is not weak. Need is need... You have to be the best version of yourself. If you don't know what that is you pick something and fake it"

My last quote is from Finding Dory. "The best things happen by chance."

Reel life

My favorite movie right now is Fences. The reason why i like this movie so much because there are so many lessons that are given out in this movie. The setting takes place back in the 50's about a African american father trying to raise his family while coming to terms with the events of his life. Some movies i really don't like to watch are really dumb corny movies or like movies making fun of the original one, irks my nerves. I watch movies all the time. From going to the movie theater to just sitting in my bedroom. I prefer to watch movies at home because i'm more comfortable and i don't have to worry about anybody being annoying or any little kids. When i watch a movie, I only need about 5 things. My bed, food, drink, rainy days/overcast, and peace and quite, that makes a perfect movie setting for me. What the survey said about wasn't that surprising to me. It says i'm 50% extraverted which means in their words that i enjoy the company of others but i also value my privacy which is correct. It said i'm 58% agreeable which means i'm agreeable but i can sometimes be stubborn and competitive which is also true. Its says i'm 75% conscientious which means i'm well-organized and i generally have clear goals and are able to set goals aside. it also states that i'm 67% emotionally stable which means i'm usually calm and able to deal with stress but sometimes experience feelings of guilt, anger, and sometimes sadness which is true. The last thing it says about me is that i am 92% open to new experiences and that i have broad interests and are very imaginative which is also true. Taking this survey i didn't think it was going to be this accurate but it did surprise me on some things like being emotionally stable. If my life was made into a movie, i would have to play my own roll because i don't think there is anybody out there that can play my role better than me. In this movie, there would be lots of ups and downs and a lot of things i couldn't explain but it'll all turn out good in the end.
